Professional Golfer

David Ishii won the 1990 Hawaiian Open Golf Tournament. Over his 25 year career in professional golfing he won five JAL Rainbow Open titles, a dozen Japan PGA tournaments, six Hawaii Pearl Open titles and two Mid Pacific Open championships.

In 1973 he was the Hawaii state high school champion and in 1977 was a member of the University of Houston's NCAA national championship team.
