The Honolulu Country Club was once again the site of the Hawai'i
Sports Hall of Fame Annual Induction Banquet. On the evening of
Tuesday, February 7, 2006 hundreds of Hawai'i's sports organizers,
performers and fans gathered to celebrate the induction of two new
members into the Hall of Fame: Jim Schwitters and Maa Tanuvasa
officially joined the ranks of the most revered sports figures in
Hawai'i, bringing the total number of inductees to 102. Some of
the memorable scenes from this gala event are depicted below.
